After a refreshing breakfast embark on an exciting sightseeing tour of Cochin. Cochin, popularly known as the ‘Queen of Arabian Sea’, is the cosmopolitan commercial capital of Kerala. Cochin boasts of a rich historic legacy as a prime hub of trade and commerce dating from the pre-colonial times. Visit the 16th century Dutch palace with beautiful murals, the oldest Jewish Synagogue in the commonwealth countries, St. Francis Church – the oldest European church in India housing the tomb of Vasco Da Gama, and the 10 m high Chinese Fishing Nets dotting the Fort Cochin beach. After the morning breakfast check-out from the hotel and drive to Munnar (140 km – 04 hr drive);
on arrival check-in into hotel.
Munnar is a haven for nature lovers. This incredibly beautiful town is in the Idukki district of Kerala, and is the most privileged summer resort. Munnar was a significant resort even during the British monarchs in those colonial days. Munnar is one of the most popular tourist destinations of Kerala. It is a Hill station located 1600m above the sea level in the Western Ghats. Munnar attracts a large number of tourists from various parts of the world throughout the year. Most of its area is covered with tea plantations. The cold climate in the hill station along with these plantations and enormous dense forests add to the scenic beauty of Munnar. A visit to one of the tea estates brings home the wonders of tea.

After breakfast proceed for a local sightseeing tour of Munnar. Munnar, a hill station abounding in green forests and tea plantations, is situated at the confluence of three mountain streams. Located at an altitude of 1600 m above MSL, Munnar was once the summer resort of the erstwhile British government in South India. Your morning itinerary includes visiting the Mattupetty Dam, Kundale Lake and Echo point. Afternoon you will be taken to Rajamalai – home to an endangered species of mountain goat called the “NilgiriTahrs. I will be trying to arrange a visit to a cardamom plantation as well, overnight at hotel.
Breakfast at hotel, drive to Thekkady. On arrival check into the hotel.Periyar National Park, also known as Periyar Tiger Reserve, is in the mountainous Western Ghats of Kerala, southern India. This wildlife sanctuary is home to tigers and a significant elephant population, as well as rare lion-tailed macaques, sambar deer, leopards and Indian bison.Overnight at hotel.
After early morning tea/coffee at hotel, proceed to enjoy boat ride in Periyar Lake and witness the amusing experience of wildlife. You can see the elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar and and other
animals quenching their thirst and getting engaged in other playful activities in their most natural form. A number of rare species of birds.
Come back for breakfast at hotel.
Late in the afternoon, proceed for Spice plantation tour.

Board your Blue Jelly houseboat by 12 Noon from Blue Jelly Marina Thekkaemuri, Champakulam, which is a part of Kuttanad, the rice bowl of Kerala, and is resplendent in green paddy fields, coconut groves and water fowl.
The houseboat cruises through Vembanadu Lake via Nedumudy and from there to R Block(it’s a reclaimed Paddy field from the lake to cultivate Paddy by the famous agriculturalist Murikkummoottil Thommen Joseph, known locally as Kayal Raja, Muricken was an Indian farmer. Murickan, a rich and innovative paddy farmer who in the 1930s had converted more than 2,000 acres of backwaters into paddy farmland. These fertile, below-sea level fields, which made the Kuttanadu region in Alappuzha the state’s rice bowl, were taken over by the state government in 1972 as part of the land reforms initiated by the first Communist ministry in 1957 and re-distributed to the landless. He had founded a church at chittirappally.
R-Block Kayal (Kayal means backwater) is one of the scenic backwater expanses of the Vembanad Lake in Alappuzha, Kerala. Backwater consisting of canals, coconut groves and a variety of bird life and cultivated lands. Cruise further passes through C-Block, Vennatukade and return via Nedumudy to Champakulam. And finally reach Champakulam – a village, where our docking Bay is situated. Guest can go for small shopping in the market. Champakulam also has one of the oldest church St.Marys Basilica established in AD 427). It is the mother church of almost all Syrian Churches in Alleppey District.
Houseboat will reach Blue Jelly Maria at 05.30PM for docking. The guest can use our swimming pool, indoor games and Wi-Fi as complementary during this time.Ayurvedic center and water sports are charged extra.
Dinner will be served on board(our normal time is 8.00 pm for dinner, please request to the chef if you need a time change in the dinner Time).

Houseboat cruises through small villages. The houseboat will anchor and the guest can have lunch around 1 pm.
Following are the various villages through which the houseboat cruises with short description:-
1.Pullagady (his Place is in the border of the Alappuzha District and Pathanamthitta District.
2., Ayaparambe Pandy- they also have a snake boat under this village name.
3. Thottappaly- We can see Thottappaly spillway which was built in 1954. Due to southwest monsoon, flood water use to accumulate in the rivers of kuttanad making a second cro during autumn impossible. The spillway was constructed to solve this problem by diverting flood waters directly to Arabian sea. The national highway 47 passes over this spillway.
4. Thrikkunnappuzha- Famous as small coir making village.

5. Karumadi – Karumady is a village three km east of Ambalappuzha in Alappuzha district of the Indian state of Kerala. It is famous for Karumady Kuttan, the eleventh century black granite statue of Sri Buddha. The left hand side of this statue is missing.

During the second day docking time guest can go for half an hour Canoe ride (complimentary, it’s up to you decide whether you need or not).
Next morning the cruise starts at 8.00 AM, Breakfast is served during the cruise and check out happens at 9.30 AM at Blue Jelly Marina and drive to Kovalam, on arrival check into hotel.

After breakfast at hotel, drive to Kanyakumari, upon arrival, visit most famous Kanyakumari (Virgin Goddess) Temple and also visit the Gandhi Mandapam. The highlight of the day is the mesmerizing spectacle of the Sangam (meeting) of the three water bodies. Later visit the colossal statue (133 feet) of Tamil saint poet Thiruvalluvar. You also get the chance to spend some quiet time at the Vivekananda Rock Memorial and enjoy a spectacular sunset there to Trivandrum includes places of interests like.
Later in the evening drive back to Kovalam.

Breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport, fly to your onward destination.
